How does the day work?

Our track days are designed to be informal and sociable, combined with sessions of pure excitement enjoying our race cars on famous circuits.

There will be no intimidating hero racing drivers strutting around making you nervous.

You will receive a specific schedule for your day and chosen track, however it will normally go something like this:

One of us will meet you when you arrive and escort you to the paddock and garage where we are based for the day. You get to meet Pedro, who will be overseeing the car preparation and available all day to give you tuition. After a coffee & croissant (or two) we will take you to the drivers signing on (usually around 8:00)

Pedro will then spend some time with you to familiarise you with the car and run through the circuit layout.

Next you will attend a drivers briefing run by the circuit staff (usually around 8:30).

Once the briefing is finished it’s back to the garage where we will have the car ready for your first laps out on track. We will get you sorted with crash helmets, gloves etc and get the first volunteer strapped into the car.

Our Mission

At 9am you will go out behind a pace car for sighting laps which will show you the track and race lines at a nice steady pace. Pedro will normally come out with each of you for these laps and then for your first session to help you with braking points, corner entry entry/exit points etc and get a feel for the car. Each session in the car will last for about 20 minutes before coming in and swapping driver. From then on you will be taking turns in the car throughout the day; at any time you can ask Pedro to join you for a session to check your progress and help you fine tune your laps as you grow in confidence. Whilst out of the car we will be on hand for coffee, tea, and snacks.

Why Choose Us

Lunch break is usually 1pm to 2pm, during which the track is closed. We will be serving a light buffet ‘a la garage’ for you to talk through your morning & you are welcome to have a walk around the paddock to see some of the other cars who are out for the day. Pedro will also be able to run through some of your laps on footage from the in car go pro’s to see where you can continue to improve.

The afternoon continues in the same way as the morning, with each of you in the car for approximately 20 minute sessions before coming in for more coffee & biscuits – the diet of all great racing drivers.

Depending on the time of year the circuit will close between 4.30 to 5.30pm. If there are three of you, allowing for re-fuelling and brake checks etc you will each have spent over 1 and a half hours driving around the track, which is the equivalent of a Formula 1 race!

After the day we will make some of your in car footage available online to show your mates down at the pub.
